Lord, we come humbly into your presence,
we glorify your name with our thoughts
our deeds, and our hearts.
There is none like you; you are
all mighty and all powerful, you
are perfect in our sight. You
love us with a love beyond
all human understanding, and
we praise your Holy Name!
We want to be just like you,
so Lord, help us to show the
love of Christ in our hearts,
give us the urgent need to be
a blessing to others during
this wondrous time of year,
when we celebrate the birth
of your son, Jesus Christ.
Give us the courage to step out
of our comfort zone and give
selflessly from our hearts,
to encourage others and to
pray from them as we point
them toward the reason for
the season, Jesus Christ.
Give us your blessing as we choose
to live for you, and we will give
you all the glory, and the power, and
the praise. AMEN
